Jimmy goes for a walk is a story written by Ayden for English. It features the protagonist Jimmy the Goat and the film Jimmy the Goat is based upon making a film about this story.

He didn't actually hand the story in, much to the disappointment of many. It was pinned on the school noticeboard for some time.

The story goes as follows:

Once upon a time there was a goat named jimmy, and he decided that he would go for a walk around town to make an appointment at the hairdressers. As he set out upon his epic adventure he came across a river… he said to himself, I can’t go through it, I can’t go under it, I can’t go over it, oh look… there’s a bridge. So jimmy walked across the bridge to find that on the other side of the river was a fallen tree that had been there since the storm last night, but this tree wasn’t just anywhere, but was in the middle of jimmy path so then he said, I can’t go through it, I can’t go under it, I can’t go over it, oh look… there’s a ladder on the ground. After jimmy used the ladder to get over the fallen tree he realised that the hairdresser isn’t that far away because its only one block down the road. Because of the amount of excitement jimmy is feeling he started to trot around the corner when he found a troll standing out the front of the hairdresser. Jimmy feels extra confident today so he decides that he will engage the troll in hoof to hand combat, then it starts with the troll swinging a massive right hook towards jimmy but then jimmy activates his super power of turning into jelly that all of a sudden means that all the troll could see was a goat coloured puddle on the ground in front of him. Jimmy trickles past the confused troll to attack him from the back which eliminates him from there legendary battle and jimmy is now the victor! After all of this drama jimmy proceeds into the hairdresser proud of his epic adventure, later he walks out of the hairdresser with pride in his appearance and pride in his heart.
